1. Order Cancellation by Us
- Sometimes, due to product unavailability or service issues, we may need to cancel your order.
- If this happens, our customer support team will contact you with the details.
2. Damaged or Defective Product
- If your product is delivered damaged or defective, please check and mark the delivery as “subject to verification” at the time of receiving it.
- You must inform us within 24 working hours with clear video proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
- Replacement products are delivered within 7 to 15 business days after the pickup of the defective item.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided once an order is placed.
- Instead, we offer exchange or replacement if there is a genuine issue (with valid proof).
4. How to Request a Return/Exchange?

✔ Clear video proof of damage/defect
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products cannot be returned if you change your mind or don’t like them.
- Returns are accepted only for damage or defect issues as explained above.

- No refunds after placing an order.
- Video proof is mandatory for all claims.
- Without proper details and proof, return requests will not be processed.
