  • You must inform us within 24 working hours with clear video proof.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
  • Replacement products are delivered within 7 to 15 business days after the pickup of the defective item.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided once an order is placed.
  • Instead, we offer exchange or replacement if there is a genuine issue (with valid proof).

4. How to Request a Return/Exchange?
